Eco Green Hotel Project at Hostex (Hospitality Trade Show) 2010
It became a personal mission of Lorraine’s to find a greener version of everything in her old Purchasing Manual from her days at Southern Sun. We did it! A fully furnished green hotel.
We built our first one in Cape Town and the second at Sandton Convention Centre. We built a lobby, guest room, bathroom, industrial kitchen, restaurant, patio, pool and garden. Every single item displayed had suitable green credentials.
The Sandton project won the EXSA Best Green Exhibition, Large Indoor Pavilion Award.
