Dismayed by the lack of understanding of eco friendly products we decided to build an Eco Green Hotel - a complete, fully furnished mock hotel - the first one at Hostex in Cape Town and the second one at Sandton Convention Centre. It was our learning curve, paid for out of housekeeping funds and with contributions from all the subscribers to Greenstuff who displayed their goods.

After the success of this project, Decorex invited us to head the selection committee for a Green Lifestyle Home at their show.  Pick n Pay sponsored the first one in the Cape Town Convention Centre and Plascon the one at the Gallagher Convention Centre.

Since then we also created a Home of the Future at Grand Designs and as an educational project, our Greenstuff Eco Guest Suite, at the Inspire Trade Expo.

In 2017 The Hotel Show Africa provided us an opportunity to furnish four "feature rooms" to illustrate how beautiful and luxurious "green" design and décor can be. We returned in 2018 and continued our value-added service by furnishing one large stand with products from subscribers to our directories.
